“Let me start by saying that I absolutely love Buy-Kratom. I've ordered through them for over a year now and will continue to regardless. This was the ONE time I was not satisfied with the quality. It gets the job done so I've just sucked it up and kept using it but the smell taste and texture are all very unpleasant to put up with. Coarse as sand with lots of stem-y specs and a hair-y apperience. Also it has this weird almost vanilla-like aftersmell\" which is my main disappointment. To top it off it is a pretty weak burn but not weak enough to piss me off or anything. If anything I just have to burn more of a really unpleasant product as I've already stated”

“Delivery was super fast. I ordered Green Malay which was good but it seemed to be slightly different strength from last batch. Just wish it wasn't so powdery. Otherwise satisfied with product.”
