“Very very impressed with the speed in which my order was processed and shipped! I ordered at 3pm on Monday 8/7 within a few hours I had confirmation of payment and that it had already been shipped! I received my Kratom by noon on Wednesday 8/9!! Excellent! The red Bali Kratom was on par if not slightly better than what I have gotten from other vendors and for the price can't be beat! Overall I am very impressed! This is the first time I have ordered from this company and as long as the quality of product and speed of shipping remains the same it will not be the last! The only suggestions I would give from a business standpoint would be to add a small note with the order or a free sample. It's small things like these that really show the customer they are valued. Plus a small sample of another strain would be a great way to increase sales! I personally have not tried many strains ( I tend to stick to Bali and indo) however if I was given a small amount to try without having to make a large order of a personally untested strain I would be far more likely to make a new purchase. That one small sample could double my next order! Just a humble suggestion but overall you guys are great! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone searching for a good vendor!! Keep up the great work! I am one of the many people out there who rely on Kratom to have a better quality of life due to severe chronic pain caused from several recurring and debilitating illnesses! Kratom is a god send for me and finding an honest fair priced vendor with fast shipping is awesome! Thank you very much and I look forward to continue to order from you!!”
