“Well 1st as always this bag was perfect. Red MD is the only strain I use now because it has never disappointed. I also want to note that this was my first order since they switched from buy-kratom.us to kratoma and it shipped from New York on Wednesday and unexpectedly came for the first time in 3 DAYS all the way to Idaho delivered Friday! Awesome! I've been using this vendor for almost 5 years and they are the best by far in the entire industry. 2nd to none in Customer Service The only vendor I have used that gives it's customer's a fair price for the quantity you get The only company to stand behind their product 100% but what really has me coming back is the Red Maeng Da in 5 years I haven't received a bad batch. I've had one bad batch in 5 years and that's ONE in the hundreds of kilos many different strains I had one bad bag of Red Borneo and I had ordered 1Kg of Red Borneo a week for a little over a year before I got a bad bag. I notified them and they assured me they do everything to keep a good consistency and test their products but also they understand that a bad bag can slip through and they took care of me. Katy in Customer Service and all of the workers at Kratoma aka buy-kratom.us love what they do that's pretty amazing and not common anywhere in any industry today. “Best strain of kratom on the web. And this company has and since I found them the best price by a long shot and the Kratom is more potent then 99% out there and not one company has a stronger fresher finely ground powder with no chunks or stems. Also it has never and I mean NOT ONCE in 5 years 1kg sometimes 2kg a week and I've never had a bad bag or batch of this PIMP GRADE strain.
