“I've used this company for over a year now and have never had a single complaint until now. When I placed an order last week (my first order through the new website) the only payment option I was given was to use Amazon Pay. I wanted to use a card that I didn't want to have linked to my Amazon account so this was very inconvenient and confusing. I am not sure if this was a temporary issue or if we will have to go through Amazon Pay for all future credit card purchases.”

“So every one knows that Kratoma is the best quality and the best price period. WMD is probably my favorite and every batch I have ever ordered from them ( 1 Kilo per month for almost 2 years now) is on point. But now I have to talk about how amazing their customer service is because 5 stars isnt enough! After Houston flooded a couple months ago my order got stuck in Houston for over a week and without any expedited shipping options for another batch I emailed their service department asking if there was some way I could get them to ship me another kilo with a special 2 day shipping arrangement. Katy Miller lead customer care rep got back to me with in minutes. I felt like I was dealing with Amazon or Apple with how fast and understanding she was!!! I have asked her questions several times since then and she has been more than accommodating!!! I swear you just dont get service like this any more. If you go anywhere else you are making a mistake!!!”
