“I was a bit disappointed on this most recent order I didn't think the WMD was as good this time around not the same quality I've come to expect from your company based on many previous orders. Is it possible that maybe you've changed your supplier or that perhaps what I received had been sitting around for a little while? Normally I've been very satisfied with your product and have beena regular customer for quite sometime so I do have past product experience to compare... I just wasn't as happy this time as I've been in the past. As far as timely delivery and product packaging goes I was happy always have been. Just wish the product had been as good this order as it's been in the past.”
