“I've bought this strain for the last year and a Half. This latest batch is the worst I've ever had here. Makes me feel sick and gives me a headache that lasted two days. .Hope it's only this batch.”

“Okay I don't remember when was the last time that I reviewed anything online. So when I do it i really mean it! Yes if you want to spend money on kratom this company really deserve your money. The quality is good and the price is the best in the market. But this is not why I am writing this the reason is the customer support. I was amazed how Katy cared and fixed my issue and it was all on Sunday. So thank you for replacing my package. \nOverall the quality is good and the price is the best you can find anywhere and again the company deserve your support as long as they offer the descent quality product with the right price and thank you again for your outstanding customer support!”

“I do have to agree that customer service has always been quick to respond and very helpful....quality has been iffy but this strain is always decent not as fine as I would prefer but still a nice burn best strain from this batch”

“I have been a fan of Buy-Kratom for nearly a year now. The quality has been up and down at times but usually it is excellent. \nThe thing that really matters here is the AMAZING customer service. Katy is just fantastic and this company is so accommodating to its buyers. \nI don't plan on buying from anywhere else to be honest. Sometimes the strain may not be as good as the time before but then it improves the next go around. Could be the time of the year who knows. Either way White Borneo has been one of the go-to varieties for me - try for yourself :)”
