“This is an update to my last kratom review.I just wanted to share that I''might have become dependent on kratom. I think it is a wonderful product but unless someone is using it to get off the hard stuff-it might be best to not use it every day. I gradually started using it more and more until about 3-4 weeks ago I started using it every day. A few days ago I tried to stop using it-and on the second day I felt a little bit sick so I took 1/3 my regular dose. Now I am tapering of gradually and will not use it every day anymore-but maybe twice per week. Hope this helps someone.'”

“I like to mix a rounded teaspoon of Vietnamese Yellow in about 2 ounces of hot water-add stevia (sweetener)-and top it off with apple juice to make it palatable. The mild energizing and relaxing effect is rejuvenating. I believe kratom is as safe as coffee and I like to use it before exercising. Thank you Flavourz for the great product at a great price!”
