“I have contacted you 3 times now to enquire about my order as I placed it on the 30th April (11 days ago!) and have received no notification that it has been shipped. It is still awaiting fulfilment! I need the items and am sick of waiting for them. Please contact me immediately to inform me about the progress of the order. As you can tell I am very annoyed. If they have not been sent I request a refund and would never recommend you to anyone. Your communication is terrible.”
