“I have always loved a bowl of morning porridge - made on Semolina, and the Lotus Coarse Semolina is almost exactly the same consistency as how I remembered semolina to be when I was a child - (over 70 years ago). Semolina was sold as a breakfast porridge under the name of Breakfast-d-light, and was an alternative to the oats brand on the market. It has taken me some time to find a brand of Semolina that was a close match to my memory of how it tasted all those years ago.
