“I enjoy my oats and have found that these, for me, are the best. They are best left in water overnight and then bought to the boil in the morning. Occasionally I will add milk to thicken the oats. I find them delicious and filling and more so after I add fruit and a handful of nuts. Delivery from Buy Organics on line is usually efficient.”
