“this is a white pure salt plus added potassium iodide. The iodine is good for the thyroid function of people who don't eat large amounts of seafoods, such as those in country Australia, and in Tasmania where their soil is lacking in the trace mineral iodine. I also like grey celtic salt which has a good natural range of trace minerals including iodine is smaller amounts. So I use both at times. People who like large amounts of coffee to get going would probably benefit from this iodised pure salt. Or/and allow an hour for getting up things and don't expect to go from a standing start to 100 kmph instantly. The body and mind wind up more slowly.”
