“This is the first time I've tried pure stevia leaf powder, and I'm still working out how much to use. The packet says it's 30 times as strong as an equivalent quantity of sugar, but I'm not sure if that's by volume or by weight, and I've found it hard to try and figure out how much to use. It would be great if the pack could include a small scoop that gives you the right amount to match a teaspoon of sugar in sweetness. Apart from this, the product seems great - the taste is good and strong, and I'm enjoying a change from xylitol and erythritol.”
