“How would I know how to rate something I didn’t receive in time??? Got a refund but doesn’t equate to a very sad child on Xmas day. I paid for this on 25 November which was ample time for Overseas delivery. It was only until I asked about postage of the item did they say I would receive 8 January.... over 6 weeks after payment??? Really??? Unacceptable!!”
