“Worst experience ever on an online store!!
I bought 2 items: a changing table and its mattress, in 2 different colors.
So far, so good.
A few hours after the order, they call me to ask me to change the color of the changing table because it is not available (even if it was clearly in stock on the store).
Ok, no problem color change (no discount offered, requested by me but denied by customer service).
Consequently, I ask that the color of the mattress be changed, because the color of the changing table proposed in exchange by the customer service did not match the color of the mattress (I specify that everything happened during the same morning).
Customer service response: no problem, blocked the shipment of the mattress with its requested color change.
A few hours later the wrong color mattress is sent to me and not replaced as promised.
After more than 10 emails, the only solution proposed by the Customer Service is the replacement of the mattress with shipping costs at my expense!
Not my mistake.
In summary, I will never buy from this site again, I will write on social media and google about this experience and finally I will get in touch with the CEO Amanda Cunningham.
