“I harvested a small amount of pine pollen in my backyard here in Ontario. I don't know what species it was. I only managed to get about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. as it was near the end of the season. After taking it with some water, I felt a noticeable increase in energy. This is what inspired me to try Canadian Pine Pollen. I've been taking 1/2 tsp twice a day and may get a subtle increase in energy and well-being from it. The effect, for me, is not as dramatic as my first experience. I'm not sure if I will be buying it again. I'll wait and see after I finish my bottle. The taste is quite mild. I just add 1/2 tsp. to a couple of ounces of water and drink it. It's not unpleasant at all.”
