“The only thing I didn't like with the online canvas maker is you cannot edit the photo how it should look like on the canvas. You just submit the photo and hope for the best. You cannot even crop it yourself. When I ordered, I assumed that dimensions are H x W as with other canvas makers. But I was wrong and it was W x H and I ordered incorrectly. I immediately emailed customer service and I got a reply only after it was shipped. Good thing they handled it well and corrected the mistake. Quality is good, customer service, though late, was very helpful. I received the items on time. Happy customer.”
