“It was frustrating be waiting for the pens until I contact Captain Notepad and they told me the pens were delivered and sent me a link. I went to UPS to find out they were not delivered and sent back to a Central Point and from there, returned to manufacturer. I am very disappointed for that service who ever has the fault.”
