“Awesome training tool……supercharged my training….I use it whilst running, sometimes when weight training and other times whilst boxing. Gets your heart rate to desired range quicker. Essentially, you can cut your Cardio in half by getting your rate to the desired range faster.”

“Despatch & Delivery was super fast and efficient The mask itself certainly limits oxygen intake so that's should help with altitude training. Very comfortable to wear once the overhead strap is added (instructions for this would have been good but I worked it out in the end).\nFeels a bit strange to breathe but one quickly gets used to it. \nDefinitely would recommend.”
