“All I can say is wow, I’m very happy with the purchase. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first and thought this mask might just be a gimmick, but it definitely proved me wrong. It adds a whole new level of challenge to workouts and really boosts intensity, especially with how much it pushes your breathing. There’s a short adjustment period, but once you get used to it, the results are worth it and the price is very reasonable compared to similar options out there.”

“I’ve used it a few times while on my treadmill at home and it works well overall. It does feel a bit unusual at first, almost like being slightly oxygen deprived. I clean it after use with alcohol gauze wipes.”
