“I would say it does the job properly about 80% of the time (personal experience only of). Higher water pressure would improve this success rate. Secondly, I think a better design for travelling would be for the white spout to be stored upside down within the water container. I am not a design engineer so do not know how feasible these changes would be. I am yet to see how many times it can be used before the water container splits. It sometimes takes some. extra effort to pop the container back into shape.”

“Original product was great but these replacement electrode pads are different. When peeling them from the plastic for the first time, chunks of the gel came off the pads and remained stuck on the plastic. The pins were also a tight squeeze into these new pads compared to the original.”

“The item was extremely disappointing. It was the one I was looking forward to the most. It was missed in the warehouse and later shipped but the extra ancitipation could not prepare me for the disaster. The pillow is like wearing a piece of clunky metal on your neck. It pushes my neck forward when worn and unlike the description, it is neither comfortable nor can I wear it on a bed or on a chair with upper back support. The massaging mechanism feels very flimsy and I have to sit or stand up, away from anything touching my upper back (as that will push against the device), and pull the strap (even when it is strapped up) to allow the nodes to touch my neck. My expectation was a passive 15min massage in a chair or meditating on a bed with the comfort promised in the description. Instead, I got a very uncomfortable device that I have to hold and sit or stand straight for it to touch and possibly work.”
