The pads have a simple press stud connection to the cable. The part on the pads did not fit the cable. So the pads were useless. I would not recommend the product.

Great humidifier but it is loud despite advertising otherwise, at the lowest setting the fan seems to click and creates noise as a result. I could not sleep with this on even at the lowest setting so if you are a light sleeper this isn't the one humidifier for you. Also the blue light is annoying, don't see the point in this.

I have not been able to use the nebuliser yet as the booklet provided does not illustrate the correct nebuliser. This is a problem. To demonstrate my point, the following example is used: I was unable to find the location of the filter. It was not where the picture in the booklet indicated. I had to watch a Youtube tutorial made by an independent company to solve this - and it was not as intuitive at all. It also does not provide instructions for saline solution only treatment.

I purchased the period pain heating pad. My daughter tried it out and it irritated her skin and became itchy and red. Then I tried it out, and it did the same to me also. Not sure why it does that, and then it turned off in 20 minutes. I thought it was meant to last for longer than that.

False advertising of light wavelenghts. Higher wavelenghts stated on website - I made my purchasing decision based on information provided in product description. However, once I got the mask, and read the manual I saw that the information in the manual is different that that on the website. I spoke to a customer service representative who informed me the following - "630nm is a common marketing point as it's widely associated with red light therapy. However, in the manual, the manufacturer is required specify the manufacturing Tolerance: A ±10nm variation is very common and accepted in the LED industry." So why not state exactly what is stated in the manual? Because it 630nm is the MINIMUM required for this device to do anything beneficial to the skin, so stating the true wavelenght (620nm) is going to deter people from buying this device. So lets just lie to the people. Yeah. Then we'll sell more stuff.

Once fully charged, the heating pad only lasts for about 15-20 minutes then it needs to charge again. I need the heat to last longer to help with the pain. I am disappointed that the heat isn't effective in alleviating the pain.

Compressor stopped working after 5 minutes. Had to send back for a refund. For the 5 minutes it actually worked it was good.
