The box comes with everything you need to start using red light therapy as part of your skincare or anti-aging routine. The warmth from the light feels soothing and gentle on the skin. After just one session, my skin felt noticeably softer, and my facial serum absorbed more effectively than usual.

My skin feels smoother, looks clearer, and I’ve noticed fewer breakouts. It’s easy to use and feels relaxing during each session.

Everything’s going well so far! I’ve been using it daily for about 10 minutes over the past week, trying out the different light settings. It feels comfortable and gentle on my skin, and the lightweight design makes it easy to move around the house while wearing it. It definitely seems promising. I'll keep using it to see how my skin progresses over time, I think I’m already starting to see a bit of a difference!

False advertising of light wavelenghts. Higher wavelenghts stated on website - I made my purchasing decision based on information provided in product description. However, once I got the mask, and read the manual I saw that the information in the manual is different that that on the website. I spoke to a customer service representative who informed me the following - "630nm is a common marketing point as it's widely associated with red light therapy. However, in the manual, the manufacturer is required specify the manufacturing Tolerance: A ±10nm variation is very common and accepted in the LED industry." So why not state exactly what is stated in the manual? Because it 630nm is the MINIMUM required for this device to do anything beneficial to the skin, so stating the true wavelenght (620nm) is going to deter people from buying this device. So lets just lie to the people. Yeah. Then we'll sell more stuff.
