“This back support stretcher has helped loosen up tight back muscles and improve mobility. I initially started with the lowest setting but progressed to the second setting within a couple of weeks. I often use this back stretcher last thing at night, adjusting where I lie on it, and with a pillow under my head. I have a couple of other back stretchers, but this is the one I use the most.”
