“As a TENS Machine, it works great, and offers very extensive programs and options for every part of the body. If your primary need is for TENS therapy, this is a powerful unit that won't disappoint and I can highly recommend. However, I purchased this bundle specifically for the vagus nerve stimulation feature (VNS) via the metal tip earclip, and in that regard it was a dismal failure. Using the preset VNS program was very easy, but the problem is that even with the stimulation power set to the maximum output of 40 and conductive gel used on the ear clip, the stimulation was barely perceptible and did absolutely nothing. Another problem is that the ear clip refuses to stay in place, and keeps sliding off due to a lack of grip. So for me personally, this was a massive waste of money. So if you are looking for a device that will deliver vagus nerve stimulation, I cannot recommend it for that purpose at all. But as a therapeutic TENS unit for muscles, it really delivers.”
