“My daughter and I both find the machine works well but it is too early to judge whether or not my shoulder and her knee issues have been resolved. We both, however, feel some relief after using the machine. If I had to make one criticism it would be that the instructions are not overly clear. Neither of us (and my daughter is a 25 year old sports science university student) can operate the device with any confidence....it is more like try to set it up then settle for whatever results we get. Hopefully, we will become more competent over time.”
