“I have had shoulder pain for years due to violin practice. I have tried physio and medication but the problem always occurs since I am cannot consistently do the exercises. This year whe the pain got a bit out of control for me even to start doing physio exercises, I tried the TENS machine recommended by other violin players in my orchestra. And it worked. It took the pain away after a few days which gave me the window opportunity to start the other exercises to strengthen the muscle. The machine does not build the muscle but definitely takes away the pain, allow you to sleep better any night, function better without consistent awareness of the pain, and give you a chance to start other exercises to strengthen your muscles. If you are a musician and is going through the similar issue, I definitely recommend it.”
