“I had and issue with the left part of my neck for many years now. Once you stick the pads in the right place, the machine does its job and relieves the stiff muscles. I've been using it regularly on that area as well as other places to relieve aches and stiffness.”

“I use this for muscle recovery after training. I use it on one of my legs while I manually massage the other and then exchange. It helps with the soreness and I am hardly stiff the following day.”
