“This was my first experience using an electronic device for menstrual pain relief, so I didn’t have high expectations but it completely exceeded them. I usually run it on the lowest setting to help preserve battery life, and it still provides excellent relief. I almost never need the highest level, and even when I do, the battery holds up really well. I’ve also used it for a muscle spasm, and it helped ease the discomfort there too. I really appreciate having both vibration and heat options, which can be used on their own or combined. It’s small enough to pack for travel, well designed, and feels sturdy, especially considering how affordable it is.”
