“I was really disappointed in these. If you are sitting and your feet are flat on the ground they're nice. I am in a wherlchair and often bed bound so they aren't helpful. Adding an ankle strap would resolve this issue. I had a pair years ago and they had more points of conductivity that you could select zones in your feet which is great.”
