“I find them a little bulky. Have tried both sizes and both make me feel like I try to breath through my mouth due to the position of my tongue suppressing my breathing (usually a nose breather).”

“I really struggled with this. It would be better if they came with a mould to keep it all in place. It slides on your teeth and hardens up in the wrong place. I reheated about 6 times with the same result. So disappointed”
