“Very difficult to shape the mouthguard at 80° as hot water from the tap is only 60° and boiling water causes the mouth guard to distort and shrink”

“Top product. Stopped teeth grinding and tongue pushing against the gums It took a few goes to get the moulding right but it was well worth it. And low cost. And you get 4 moulds in the pack. A good deal all around”

“Great quality. Easy to mould to correct shape and can reshape again if required. Just as effective for my teeth grinding as the $500 dentist moulds. Highly recommend”
