“I’m really impressed with this mouthguard. My jaw had been locking overnight and would take a while to loosen up in the morning, but that stopped completely after the very first night of using it. I’ve been wearing it every night since, and the issue hasn’t returned. It also protects my tongue from accidental bites while I sleep, which used to happen now and then. As a bonus, my wife noticed a big improvement in my snoring on the first night. It’s not totally gone, but it’s definitely better than before.”
