The course was very informative and easy to follow. The scenarios and questions helped me understand the Mental Capacity Act more clearly. I feel more confident supporting individuals in making their own decisions. Thank you

The Managing Distressed Behaviour course was engaging and thought provoking. It gave me more understanding as to why and what people with dementia pass through. Personally, I have gained a lot form the course and will be passing down the information I have gathered down to friends and family.
