“I was told I would receive the legs on s specific date. They did not arrive. After three days of no change in the the information of arrival time I asked Carolina.legs.com what’s up. They informed me that the virus took out a truck. Mmmmmm. And then later on they said they would ship them overnight FedEx. I did get some noise from the factory. Reason for not giving a five star report? Just wish I had a little info up front. COVID-19 gets the blame for much of 2020 and justifiably so. Just for next situation, please drop a note up front when you knew things were going down. I know I’m just a small business man, but please . . . just a little help. Now on the five star side of life. I love those legs. My client picked them out when she saw the table she wanted me to replicate. Not sure if I can go wrong as long as those legs are in the delivery of her table. Thank you very much. Y’all do great work. Oh, by the way, this is my second set of legs, second table featuring your legs.”
