“We had ordered many different products, and we have been satisfied with everything we have bought. We had ordered bench legs and received two packages but we did not open them right away. We found that when we opened them, that the bench legs we ordered were not in there. I called and he asked me to text a picture of the box and he immediately made it right. He sent me out Bench legs did not charge me again.
Especially in today’s world where it seems like the customer is never right and you have to prove yourself. He did the right thing and did not make it a hassle. I definitely have continued to purchase from him and will and will recommend his products.”
“Carolina leg has great products!!! The only thing I would change would be the delivery company. Took 11 days for Fed X to deliver the legs. Fed X says weather related. Not so. They have this problem on summer sunny days. Yes Carolina has great products !!! Delivery by Fed X is horrible.”
