“I'm not going to lie I expected them to be a little better quality. They are still very rough from the lathe and will need alot of work. I've ordered legs for half the price and they came ready to finish with hardware to mount them.”
“The bed is amazing. It was relatively easy to put together and the product is well made. The reason for the three stars is due to customer service. When I purchased the bed, I chatted with a representative online because I wanted to purchase that day but didn't want it delivered until a specified date to coincide with moving into my new home. The person assured me it wouldn't be delivered until my requested date and that he would "personally" note my order. Well, the bed showed up over a week earlier than anticipated and we had to scramble to figure out how to get it put into the garage at the new house so we didn't have to move it back and forth between. Luckily we were able to have it moved into the garage at our new place. What is also frustrating is that I reached out to customer service when I recieved the "it's shipped" email, and no one ever responded to that email, which also concerns me because what if something were wrong with the actual product? Anyway, great product and not so great customer service.”
