It wasn’t about them making an exception that was important, it was about how they handled it.

“We bought two trapezoid legs were to update a wooden trestle-type base on a maple butcherblock table. Even though the legs were a special height fabrication, they arrived quite quickly (about 2 weeks). The leg welds were very smooth and with the matte black finish, they were barely noticible. The two trapeziod legs are absolutley identical and when attached, the table is wobble-free. Each leg has six hole drilled at the top for attachment to the table-top making for a very sturdy attachment. We love the updated appearance of our 40-year-old table. I especially appreciated the chat function on the website. I had multiple questions that were answered promptly and clearly.
