“I'm sure a lot of companies write the phrase, "customer service is our top priority" but I am convinced that Carolina Leg Co. actually believes it. And, now, so do I.
After my shipping label was damaged, I could no longer get updates on where the legs were or how long until they arrived. After missing two windows that said, "your package will arrive today" I began to think it was lost for good. I went back to my email, found the contact info for Carolina Leg Co. and decided to write. I got a personal reply within the hour! The person contacted the delevery service, had them replace the label, then contacted me to tell me what was going on. I couldn't believe how fast and caring the response was. I got the package shortly after and my only regret is not reaching out sooner!
Thank you for being a company that still values customer service. I will purchase from you guys again (not only for your great product) but for the simple fact that I felt cared for. It's nice to be treated like a human in general, but even more so by a company.
