“Just recently have been using the frame, it seems very sturdy and good quality.
The company’s customer service is outstanding. Our bed arrived with some boards out of spec and another with broken dowels from shipping. Upon letting them know they shipped me replacement parts imediatly.
They also included alternate screws for the boards as I ordered it in white oak.
Overall great customer service and a great bed so far.”
