“I ordered 4 engraved glasses and they were great. One came with an imperfection but customer service was all over it shipping out a replacement.”

“I ordered this item as a birthday gift over 3 weeks ago with express delivery (1-3 days). It still hasn’t arrived and I am constantly waiting to hear what will be done about it. It seems as though requesting for the issue to be resolved is a problem, and I am waiting to hear of a solution/ see that the customer support department care to fix to issue.”
