“I loved(love) the shamrock earrings for which I earnestly searched in Scotland for many years .Friends and family, some abroad were sent images of the goods + your gift bag with email address.
They were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, and totally unexpectedly, whilst putting one of the earrings in 3 days ago, the stem snapped off without any undue force being applied. To say that I am disappointed, is an understatement, especially in view of the PR I carried out with friends and family.
