“My three Guinness Glasses arrived very well packed, in Australia. However one glass was broken, although being very well wrapped. I took a photo and sent it to Carrolls Irish Gifts, and the same day they dispatched, another glass. I did not have to pay anything extra. Carrolls Irish Gifts were very fast in their dispatch and I received the new glass within 2 weeks. I am very happy with the glasses, as well as the correspondence and the packaging of glasses, being sent all the way to Australia. Thankyou”
