“We are very pleased with the glass. However, we were upset that we already bought this glass and the cashier forgot to put it in our bag with our other items. My son was devastated as he bought it as a special gift for his uncle. We discovered it that same day at the airport hotel we tried to find the same one at the airport with no success so I went online at the airport to order it again. We purchased a number of items from your store. It was very upsetting to discover this item we paid for wasn’t placed in the bag.”

“Hi, I have trying to separate those two glases, but they are very hard stuk together. I can't separate them without breaking them. For that reason i need two new ones. I'm giving them to my brother for his 50 years birthday present. With best regards, Esa Savolainen”
