“To be honest, I’m not happy with the finish on the wall plaque received. Years ago, I bought a similar one in one of your high street shops in Dublin, and both the colour of the letters and the wooden panel were perfect. On the one I’ve bought now, the letters are barely coloured and the panel is damaged. This doesn’t mean I won’t recommend the shop or stop buying from you, because it’s a shop I love. But please, do pay attention to these details. I’ve attached pictures of the new one and the one I already had so you can understand my dissatisfaction.”
