“It’s a very nice belt. All leather with a subtle Celtic Symbol pattern on it. Very nice buckle with the word “Ireland” engrained on the loop. For sure the price was right. A very good deal overall.”
“The wrong size was sent to me. I ordered large and received medium. When I notified Carroll’s, I was told that large wasn’t presently available. I was offered two different styles of belts to select from. I reluctantly selected one in extra large size based on a sizing guide supplied. However, when I received the belt, it was too large for me and not what I wanted. The online description of the belt wasn’t very extensive. I would have preferred the original belt I ordered in the large size I ordered. I was also told to keep the original I received in medium size as a gesture of good faith to regift it, which was nice. However, now I have two belts. Neither of which is of any use to me. I haven’t notified Carroll’s yet, because it just seems like a lot of bother to put them through. I would much rather return both of the belts I’ve received, for the one I originally had ordered. I’m not quite sure what to do from here.”
“This belt is very nice. I ordered it for my husband for Christmas. He found at the first tightening that the buckle caused some scuffing of the top layer, but nothing a little polish or leather dye won't fix. Overall, he was thrilled with the quality. We also bought one for my father in law and he loves it too.”
