“It's a lovely pen, I bought these for American friends visiting Ireland over Christmas, unfortunately I meant to get the gift boxes but didn't click on the option and contacted Carrolls wondering if I could get them with another order I was placing, but after being told they would see what they could do, I never heard anything back, so disappointed with this and now it's too late to order gift boxes.”
