“A beautiful shirt but I was snet the wrong size and the Carrolls refuses to make this right.
I ordered a medium as it clearly shows on the website from the USA and was sent a US Small.
I refuse to pay to return this as it was not my error. In good faith, I should be refunded or sent the correct size.”
