“Jumper was nice but I was sent an extra small instead of a medium. I didn’t notice their error at first and paid to return the item myself but it was sent back due to unpaid taxes (I wasn’t aware I had to pay taxes on items I was returning). I then identified that they had sent me the wrong size jumper and notified them of this. whilst they sent me a return label, I have not heard from them since they received the jumper and they are no longer answering my emails. So they now have the jumper (that I’ve paid for) and I’m £20 out of pocket on postage fees. They don’t answer my emails and when I called them they couldn’t tell me when I would receive my money. Really poor service and I’d especially advise international buyers to think twice before ordering from this seller. Really disappointed (I ordered this on 21 October 2024 and it is still not resolved). Next time I’ll get a flight to Ireland to get my Aran jumper - it will probably work out cheaper!”
