“I am extremely dissatisfied with this order and I don't know what else to do. I find the way I am being treated unacceptable. I have already contacted the company I bought the goods from, you! I have already contacted the company that initiated the shipment, I have already contacted the company in Portugal that supposedly has the goods and has not delivered them. Once and for all, the company from whom I purchased the item should try to take action and deal with the matter, not me, who is the injured party and who, after more than a month, still has not received my order!!!!! Please tell me who I need to speak to because I am tired of going back and forth without any success!!!!!”

“Really happy with it. The engraving is lovely. Only disappointment was the packaging,I bought one a few years ago as a gift and it came in a lovely lined gift box. This one was just cardboard packaging but it wouldn't put me off buying the product again”
