“I was very disappointed with this purchase. I was sent the wrong mugs, when I contacted Carrolls they said they would send me new ones. They sent me the wrong mugs for a second time. When I contacted again they told me these mugs were no longer being manufactured even though they are still listed as in stock on the carrolls website. I ended up having to get a refund about week later but it was an absolutely ridiculous experience.”
