“The scarf itself is lovely but it arrived in damaged packaging. The cardboard holding the scarf together was very tatty and torn. It was even stapled together with four or five staples. Considering this is a nice scarf I thought better care would have been taken over the packaging. I was going to send this as a gift to my Sister in Law in Japan but given the state it arrived in, it is not suitable to send as a gift.”
